Page two - the reply of the Society of Fighters for Freedom and Democracy (Zwiazek Bojownikow o Wolnosc i Demokracje) concerning the decoration of Adela Purtalowa on 31 August 1963. Pages three/four - affidavit to honour Adela Purtalowa for helping the Jewish community during the occupation, sent to Society of Fighters for Freedom and Democracy on 15 May 1963. Page five - envelope - a registered letter from Lodz to the Jewish Historical Institute sent on 24 July 1963. Page six - the reverse side of the envelope - the sender: Stanislaw Rapalski, 24 July 1963. Pages seven/eight - a letter to the Jewish Historical Institute with a request to honour Adela Purtalowa, 22 July 1963, Rapalski Stanislaw asked for a long time to honour Adela Purtalowa. Written on 20 March 1964. Original, longhand and typescript, 8 pages, 210 x 295 mm, in Polish (no copy).
