Cities located near the eastern border. Trade was especially rich there during the occupation. The prices were much lower than in the area of the General Government, so merchants and ordinary people, as well as a lot of Jews risked their lives and came there in order to buy goods, which they hoped to sell successfully in Warsaw later on.
