  • Author's friend. They spent together last summer before the war. Student of the Rejtan's High School (Liceum im. Rejatana) in Warsaw. His father was shot in the street, his mother died of typhus and his two sisters vanished already on the 'Aryan side'. For some time he worked as a caretaker in a factory, as Marian. He was meeting the author during the occupation period. Last meeting took place in summer 1944.
