A well-known Jewish writer. Before the war he worked in a wellingtons and boots factory 'Rigawar.' His wife went away in an unknown direction with the children after the ghetto had been closed. In the ghetto he busied himself with organising aid for men of letters. In the period between the Actions he was writing letters. Left his letter in Dzielna (maybe at Abraham Zak's). Collaborated with Ringelblum's Archive. During the First Action was assigned to work at the Eastern Railways (Ostbahn). After the First Action was assigned to The Supply Section [of the Judenrat] at Franciszkanska Street No. 30. Worked in a honey ersatz and sweets factory, which was located in the backyard of the house at Franciszkanska Street No. 30. Died in November 1943 when the Nazis were killing the Jews that were still alive.
