  • Employed in Korczak’s Orphanage (since 1931). In 1939 left Warsaw because of Umiastowski's appeal. In the ghetto he lived for some time with his wife at his parents-in-law's (Ogrodowa Street No. 26a), and then at Leszno Street No. 52. Worked for Golobek's sheet and glass collecting company. Later on employed by J. Frydman (a Jewish policeman), who smuggled goods to the ghetto. Misza used to sit near a telephone in Zglinowicz's cafe located in Leszno Street and talk to people on the 'Aryan side' informing him that the shipment was ready. Escaped from the Umschlagplatz (the First Action?). Crossed to the 'Aryan side' using a forged ID (Kennkarte). Went to Lvov (worked as a mason), and then to Kiev. Joined the Polish First Army. An officer. After the war in Sweden with his wife.
