  • David returns to Warsaw by an overcrowded train. As soon as he arrives, he walks directly to the main post office to withdraw the rest of his savings. The post office is closed, it turns out that the governmnet has confiscated all of the savings. The government that was supposed to protect them, not steal from them. David decides to go to his apartment in Mokotow where his brother Peter is staying. Peter opens the door with tears in his eyes - someone stole his money. All of his saving are gone! They collapse on the couch in despair - what are they going to do?
