  • In the ghetto, she lived with her parents in Wolynska Street. During the July Action, she wandered on the 'Aryan side,' she lands at Mrs Kalotowa's place, eats soup in work detail in Chmielna Street. In mid-September 1942, she crosses to the ghetto with workers on detail; finds out that she doesn't have parents any more and goes back to the 'Aryan side.' She lives at Mrs Kalotowa's place; in the morning, goes with Kulas to the guard post (wacha), where workers on detail give them money. After the intrusion of three smugglers, she escapes with three children, wanders around Warsaw. During the Warsaw ghetto Uprising, she goes near the wall, cries, somebody forces her out of the tram shouting 'Get lost, Jew!' She goes to hospital. Later, she's again in the streets. She sells cigarettes in Plac Trzech Krzyzy (Three Crosses Square). In autumn 1943, she moves for good to Mrs Kalotowa's, works in a German kitchen in Jerozolimskie Avenue, has Polish girlfriends, goes to church with them. In August 1944, she was assigned to sanitary service of the Red Cross. She survived the war. She lives in Israel.
