Letters from Chaim Finkielstejn's collection kept in the Jewish Historical Institute (ZIH). Voluminous correspondence between Ch. F., who resides in the USA [left Poland in August 1939 for a Geneva congress] and his wife and two daughters in the Warsaw ghetto. Very dramatic, although obviously lacking details. Also noteworthy is Ch. F.'s correspondence regarding the bringing of his surviving daughter, Awiwa, to the USA – January – November 1945.
