    A sportsman. Refugee from the Czech Republic. Since October 1939 he came to the kitchen at Leszno Street No. 40. Shy, with a charming appearance. He looked as if he was 40. He died of starvation, buried in a mass grave as an unknown person

    He came from the Czech Republic, from Karlsbad. A famous Jewish sportsman. When the Germans entered the Sudetes, he was deported to Dachau, and then, as a Polish citizen he was deported to Zbaszyn. In the Warsaw ghetto he belonged to a refugee group and ate in R. Auerbach's kitchen. He died suddenly of starvation.
