  • Spent many years in Vienna, supposedly as a journalist, expelled from Vienna, he came back to Poland. Merin was his brother-in-law. Thanks to a number of contacts he started making his career - he was the chairman of the Office to Combat Profiteering and Speculation (The 'Thirteen'). After it was dissolved in 1941, he established and was active in the Emergency Service. In April 1942 he avoided being shot and became an outlaw in the ghetto. Nevertheless, he managed to emerge on the "Aryan side". In April 1942 arrested together with his wife and child and then taken to Pawiak, where the three of them were killed.
