    The head of the Department of Deportations of the Judenrat. Very honest, matter-of-fact and decisive, kind. Before the war he was a manager of industrial plants. In 1939 or 1940 he lived at Chlodna Street No. 36

    The head of the Housing Department. On 10 October 1940 he was apprehended for slave labour, he works on freeying days without a coat. Deported to Treblinka in January 1943.
