Z ramienia Gminy zajmuje się tym Elper, który ma swój warsztat rymarski - chodzi po cholewkarzach i namawia ich, żeby z maszynami przenieśli się na Leszno 70. Robotę Niemcy dali dopiero w maju, do maja ludzie pracowali prywatnie. Odbyło się zebranie kierowników, czy pracę sabotować - nie było zgody. Bogaci byli za sabotażem, bo w razie wsypy mogli uciekać na aryjską stronę, biedniejsi bali się.
