  • After the wedding he settled in Warsaw. At first he was a clerk and a merchant assistant. Soon he became a successful, independent merchant. From the earliest years he was a true Zionist and collaborated with Polish Zionist movement. In the Warsaw ghetto, thanks to his son, Adolf, he got a job as an accountant of the Supply Section. In the ghetto he was interested in literature and he wrote poems. During the First Action he was sent to Treblinka, where he was murdered.
