Domowego; - nakłonienie mieszkańców domu, by powierzali zlecenia tylko rzemieślnikom zamieszkałym na terenie domu (sierpień 40); - organizowanie zbiórek odzieży (lipiec, sierpień 40; w II 41 - zbiórka zorganizowana przez Koła Pań na potrzeby punktu uchodźców); - zorganizowanie loterii fantowej, dochód na rzecz KD (wrzesień 40r.); - utworzenie kącika dla dzieci w wieku 4-14 lat(opłata dla dzieci zamożniejszych 15 zł miesięcznie) październik 40r. W grudniu 40r. uzbierano na kącik 120zł; od III 41r. do kącika przychodziły dzieci z Leszna 22; III 41r. - Kom. Dom. dopłaca po 3 zł za każde dziecko uczęszczające bezpłatnie (w III 41r. -5 dzieci); - utworzenie Komisji Sanitarnej dla dopilnowania kąpieli mieszkańców-odpowiedzialny Goldman (listopad 40); - utworzenie Komisji Kwalifikacyjnej do spraw zapomóg; - utworzenie Koła Pań przy Komitecie (styczeń 41); - wydawanie żywności w związku z zamknięciem kuchni (grudzień 40, przez 3 dni - 18 kg kartofli, 18 dkg kaszy i 55 dkg smalcu); - zakupowanie żywności na potrzeby mieszkańców domu - (II 41r. za 300 zł); - zakup apteczki (lekarstwa za 200 zł - XII. 40); -utworzenie Referatu Opieki nad niezamożnymi mieszkańcami domu (XII 40); - wydawanie żywności na Chanukę (XII 40) - 1,5 kg tłuszczu, 2,30 kaszy, 40 kg kartofli; akcję świąteczną w III 41 organizowało Koło Pań; na święta po 1 kg chleba na biedną rodzinę (IX 41); na Pesach 42r. na jedną osobę - po 2 kg kartofli, 1,5 kg buraków, 40 dkg cebuli i 1 dkg oliwy na 8 dni świąt. Pomoc otrzymały 73 osoby; - współpraca z Toporolem (II 41-udzielenie Toporolowi miesięcznego subsydium 15 zł, V 41r. cofnięcie subsydium); - pomoc dla punktu uchodźców przy Leszno (14?) - III 41r. subsydium w wysokości 15 zł; - sprawowanie opieki nad punktami Leszno 19 i 29; - zażądanie od piekarni ("tutejszej") ryczałtowego datku na rzecz K.D. - 10 zł od każdego bochenka; - oddanie na potrzeby szpitala łóżka z materacem, prześcieradła, koca i 2 poszewek - VII 41; - przekazanie 25 zł dla Domu Sierot dla Dziewcząt - VII 41; - każda osoba wyprowadzająca się z domu ma prawo do korzystania przez 15 dni z pomocy Kom. Dom.; - subsydium miesięczne na TOZ -20 zł (IX 41), 20 zł (XII 41 i I 42); - zapomoga dla Domu Starców ---- 30 zł (XII 41); - dzieci z domu organizują przedstawienie , zysk(261 zł 15 gr) na rzecz Miesiąca Dziecka (XII 41r.); - zbiórka na rzecz rekwizycji mebli wg nakazu Gminy - 500 zł (XII 41); - datek dla Domu Sierot Mylna 18 - ryczałt 20 zł (I -IV 42); - pomoc Patronatowi Uchodźców Miasteczka przy ul Stawki - Dzika - 25 zł (I 42); - chleb zebrany w czasie akcji Kromka chleba wydawany biednym spoza domu (III 42);

  • Koło Młodych zawiesza działalność 31 marca 41r., wznawia po 8 list 41. (s. 51, 80)Liczne uwagi na temat intensywnego i rygorystyczego zbierania składek. Uchylanie się mieszkańców od płacenia składek na rzecz K.D. było powodem próby samorozwiązania się K.D. w kwietniu 42r. (mieszkańcy uprosili zarząd, by tego nie robił). Od listopada 41r. do kwietnia 42r. liczba biednych osób w domu podwoiła się. W IV 42r. składki mies. lokatorów podwyższono , K.D. wraz z komisarzem III rejonu rozpatrywał możliwość sankcji w celu zmuszenia lokatorów do zapłacenia składek (zamknięcie bramy). W kwietniu 42r. Wydział Zdrowia przeprowadził lustrację sanitarną domu.
