Leszno From Warsaw
- From Warsaw
- Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, 1943, in the ghetto, deportation
- hideout, housing, home owners
R. Auerbach lived in this house. It belonged to her cousin, doctor Reuwen Feldszo. There was a small cubbyhole where coke was kept, and wich served as a hideout during the First Action. During the period between November 1942 and April 1943, and probably also during the ghetto uprising, the cubbyhole served as a bunker for one of the combat groups, which were present in Leszno Street.
