a doctor, surgeon. Seven years older than his brother Adolf. Since his youth he was involved with Poale Zion group. He was the president of the Jewish Medical Association and the last pre-war president of the Steering Committee of the Hapoel Sports Club in Poland. After the outbreak of the war he was enlisted to the Polish Army as a doctor. After the defeat of the army he came back to Warsaw. In the Warsaw Ghetto he worked in the Department of Health and in the hospital as a surgeon. During the Second Action he was deported with his wife to Treblinka. He died.
