We know that the author came from Wloclawek, was a barrister, and held high posts in the ZSP; in February 1942 left the ghetto. The memoir was written between April and July 1944. Possibly it was written by Stanislaw Gombinski (Jan Ma-wult). Typescript, pages 1-153, fromat: 290 x 210 mm, in Polish.

Currently in the archives of the Jewish Historical Institute, Warsaw (CKZP WEiS sygn. 514). The list is in a tabular form, containing the following data: registry number, first name, surname, date of birth, address as of 1939, and current address (as of 1946).
