Before the war he lived with his parents in Tlomackie Street, also in the ghetto until it was made smaller, then in Mylna Street. During the First Action he was taken with his mother and brother to the Umschlag, he managed however to avoid deportation and worked in Fort Bema later on. He hid in Czestochowska Street at a pastor's, in a cellar in Grochowska Street, where he suffered from typhus. During the Warsaw uprising he escaped in the direction of Rawa Mazowiecka, and stayed in a village called Turbowice. In 1951 he went to Israel.
